FAQ

Common questions

Answers about plans, limits, and billing. Anything else, ask us directly.

Is the Free plan really free?

Yes. Free forever, no credit card. You get 10 minute streams, 3 products per stream, up to 100 viewers, and one team member. Upgrade only when you need more room.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your admin. Upgrades apply right away; downgrades take effect at your next billing period.

How does yearly billing work?

Pay for the year up front and pay 20% less: Growth is $31 per month and Scale is $399 per month, billed as one yearly payment.

What counts as a viewer?

Viewer limits count concurrent viewers: people watching your stream at the same time, across your website and connected channels.

What happens when I hit a limit during a stream?

Streams on Free and Growth end at their time limit, and you see a countdown before they do. Viewer limits never cut a stream: viewers above the cap wait until a spot frees up.

Do my viewers need an account or an app?

No. Viewers watch and buy right in the browser on your site, or natively on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

Which payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards.

What do SLA and DPA mean on Enterprise?

The SLA is a contractual uptime guarantee with committed support response times. The DPA covers GDPR-compliant data processing terms. Enterprise includes both, plus limits shaped around your business.
